I did that at my previous job. We had a Lucent G switch and a 720 and did the Automated attendant, screen pops, etc. integrated with our CRM software. It was about a 6 month project. We used an independent software vendor recommended by Lucent. We didn't use IP but it would have been a lot simpler. We currently have an old switch integrated with a VOIP system and should be totally IP by spring.
