John,
I believe that either you are on a PC that didn't have
all of the options loaded from the Ops Navigator
Install, or the Application Administrative Setup is
not allowing you access. If the Latter, right-click on
the iSeries Connection within Navigator and select
'Application Administration'. From there you can
determine who gets to see or use different Navigator
features.

IFS Directory and create a share. This share should
