Are you signed on using a different ID than before? Ops Nav looks at the
ID to see what the user can do. I think the easiest way to create a share
is through NetServer under Ops Nav, but you can also do it with NetServer
APIs like QZLSADFS (Q=IBM, ZL=NetServer, AD=Add, FS=file Share).
