Thread-topic: query optimizer, debug and access path suggestion

I guess my mind is playing tricks on me.  I cannot find any reference to
the optimizer ignoring join logicals for other than hash joins.  They
are referenced as being usable for other functions though.  Sorry about
any confusion my previous post may have caused.
