I just look at that parameter. If I understand the help text correctly for that 
keyword, it can not allow me to do what I want, that is forbid the user from 
answering any escape massage.

Have you looked at INQMSGRPY on the job? This can require a response, use 
the default, or use the system reply list. This is managed in the job 
description, I think.

System reply list can be set up to test characters in various positions, 
IIRC. It's not perfect but may help.
