Gerald, It actually says on the IBM website that there are system supplied triggers on QAQQINI and that's why you should only copy it using CRTDUPOBJ - see http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/enable/site/bi/teraplex/lessons.html#qaqqini Hope this helps?
