System Password - How to get it.

Hello,

I have an older machine that periodically forgets it's system password. Last time was about three years ago, so I've forgotten how I got it re-generated.

Who at IBM owns the system password generator?

I tried 800-IBM-SERV, they said it's not them, try marketing.

The screen says to contact marketing, they said it's not them, try IBM-SERV.

I spent quite a bit of time on the phone at 800-IBM-4YOU, and they said they didn't know, try marketing.

Anyone know the *real* answer?
