Jorge: Normally, there are only a couple of reasons for setting the system portion of library lists -- to override objects in QSYS or to make objects available to all jobs on the system. In the first case, you want the library to appear ahead of QSYS. In the second case, it usually doesn't matter what the sequence is -- there are no objects with the same name in the different libraries.
