As far as I can see, it's all caused by IBM starting the manuals with
differently numbered pages (Roman numerals) and nearly never making a TOC
for the PDF's.
That sucks indeed.

Maybe we could
append a page
offset to the
filename.
Of course, if you
have multiple
documents open
you'd
have to switch
your mental
calculator on/off
repeatedly to
determine where
to go ;-)
I don't believe
IBM put as much
time into
creating
their PDF
documents as they
did their Book
Manager :(
