Hi Mike,

PRT status means that all pages in a spool file have been successfully
passed from the IBM server into the physical printer. The printer has not
yet confirmed that successful printing of the last page has occurred.

Quite often this type of problem has to do with the configuration of the
printer itself or the software revision running inside the printer.
