RE: Spool files stuck in PRT status.

I have had spooled files stuck like that for days at a time!  Do a CALL
QSPFIXUP.  I got this from the support line and it always does the trick for
me.

No, nothing, just a standard report.  It has been in this status now for
about 4 hours.  
We have tried cutting off the printer, varying off the device, etc to no
avail.
