Actually you might do better to consider migrating them to GNU/Linux,
FreeBSD, or other free OSes.  There are many who have saved a bundle of
money for software and in administration by doing so.  But saving money
isn't even the biggest advantage;  it is the freedom to do what you want
with your systems.
