IBM has been copying its software ideas for how long, 15 years? I cant think
of one software innovation from IBM in that time frame. If the lawyers can
find a way to interpret that copying as their breaking of contracts, then I
think that is good for us in the iSeries community. IBM might then be
forced to return to being the innovative company that created the S/38.
