I don't think SCO thought this all up by themselves. The lawyers had to convince them they could win. Now, if SCO ever indicates to the public which pieces of code are "copied", how long do you think it will take the Linux community to rewrite those pieces? And there's still the Novell issue, wherein Novell has letters showing SCO trying to get copyrights transferred from Novell to SCO. The more I look at it, the more it looks like ONLY ones who will profit will be the lawyers. Joe
