An imaginative example, to be sure.  You may have hit upon the only case
of a group profile having *SPLCTL that I could endorse.  But it also
pre-supposes that there are enough users on your system who need *SPLCTL
that you might have difficulty tracking them :(

In which case you could use our auditing software to quickly accomplish
the same thing :)  <Shameless, shameless product plug>
