If you don't find a solution, our SpoolFlex product allows you to do this.
You can set copies, source drawer, output bin, orientation etc.  all on a
page by page basis. www.drvtech.com

I need to print multiple page output in a collated order.

Example: 2 copies of a 3 page report = Output should be 2 copies of page
one, 2 copies of page two, 2 copies of page 3.

Printer only has one tray.   Can this be done?  Can this be done if there
were multiple trays on the printer?
