Not only is it the quantity of interactive users, but the quantity of their work. Translated this means that if they are banging out huge interactive queries, large interactive program compiles, etc, then this is where you can get stomped. But I know that we had a 720-206F with definitely more than 8 users in a BPCS environment. I can't remember what the interactive rating was.
