Well, I remember a John Wayne movie in which the Duke wouldn't let this guy handle dynamite because he never had an accident and thus didn't learn what could go wrong. However, which looks better on a resume': someone with lots of successful project experience, or someone with failed SAP project experience? Or do you hire anyone who has SAP on their resume' if you are implementing SAP?
