Gary, If you haven't even started prepaparing for HIPPA yet, you are literally years behind on something that you need to already understand and have been prepared for. You'd be better off working with an established HIPPA-centric vendor. There are many such vendors out there, one you might start with is www.premierdatasoftware.com.
