How to monitor for an inactive job on an AS/400 server

Is there a way to monitor for an inactive job and then have that job be
disconnected? I believe the server a Seaqull's message server (SEALMSSVR). I
am looking for something like what the QDSCJOBITV, QINACTITV and QINACTMSGQ
does.
