One of the issues I see here is the attendence is way down at the venus with 
cheap housing (Indianapolis, Cincinatti, Baltimore, etc). When asked where to 
have conferences the replies are: San Antonio, New Orleans, San Francisco, 
Orlando, Las Vegas etc.
