<snip> the thing I STILL can not understand. Why hasn't COMMON Management been able to find attractive yet more cost effective venu's than those which they mandate expensive housing venus at? How many times has this come up at MOM and why does it still fall on deaf ears? <snip> One of the issues I see here is the attendence is way down at the venus with cheap housing (Indianapolis, Cincinatti, Baltimore, etc). When asked where to have conferences the replies are: San Antonio, New Orleans, San Francisco, Orlando, Las Vegas etc. >From the attendence figures it seems like folks would rather pay higher rates >and go to great places. So what's a conference to do? Ron
