Gee, the 'documented step' with ASC has always been to call them for temp codes and they call me with the perm codes. Been doing it that way for 10+ years. Never knew until ASC told me today that temp codes are available on the web site.

If you read my whole post, you'll see that's not what I was b*tching about.
