I know that one of the biggest pet peeves for anyone, is not being able to
get a hold of someone to talk to when you have a problem. In this case I am sure that this
instance is a fluke.

I hope/think so. I've been a customer for a lot longer than 2 years. To top it all off, I was told by ASC this morning I could have got a code off their web site last night. I was never told that before either.
