Follow the roadmap closely.
Read the latest Memo to Users carefully. Links are in first volume of Software Installation.
Read it again.
Do *FULL IPLs (just in case - seems to ensure PTFs get installed completely).
CUME does not come with the upgrade - Order CUME and any relevant group PTFs (BRMS, Java, Performance, etc.).
