Any chance you're filling in the wrong file name in the wrong hole?  Like 
maybe putting in the data file name where you should be putting the FDF 
file name?

Running CA 3.2.0 on 9402-200 with 3.2 and haven't done an upload in a 
while.  I'm able to download fine but when I upload I get a message saying 
the file I select must be a .FDF file.  I'm selecting the text file by 
browsing to it.  Should I be selecting the upload description instead?  If 
so, how do I create it?
