What do you mean by "certification?" If you're referring to some sort of
education, CA provides education, as do we. CA had a certification program
for Advantage Plex (fka Cool:Plex, fka Obsydian) some time ago but I never
saw the same for 2E, and I don't even think they have it for Plex anymore.

What are you looking to accomplish with this certification?
