Just to update - I had changed the Allow Relay on the CHGSMTPA command to *LIST. But my problem still remained. Note that I didn't add anything to the 'list'. Rick had suggested that I had a "stuck" e-mail and I cleared all e-mail off the system per a process that IBM had suggested to him. Problem still remained - guess I didn't have any stuck e-mail After speaking with IBM, was told that I needed to change the Allow Relay to be *NONE - apparently specifying *LIST without anything in the 'list' don't work - duh. Anyway, it appears that my problem has been solved as the system is back under control. IBM says that spammers were using the system to relay their crap.
