There's stuff that run's under the MI that does not report in WRKACTJOB.
For example, when you are doing a save the before processing (which
allocates the objects) and the after part (which deallocates the objects)
run's above the MI, and reports on WRKACTJOB.  The actual spin to tape, the
part in the middle, runs under the MI, and does not show up.

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me why our CPU % usage reports very high usage even
though all the jobs usage on the system do not even come close to the
reported usage when I use WRKACTJOB to view the jobs???  We are running
a 170 on V4R5..  The system seems to becoming very slow over the last
couple of weeks...
