>When I FTP to my AS/400 from a DOS box, I'm at QGPL. Can >anyone refresh my memory regarding the syntax for doing >a CD to the IFS (ex: \HOME) and back to the LIB system? The FAQ at http://faq.midrange.com has some help. Maybe we need to add to it though... To go to IFS, the FIRST command after logging in should be quote site namefmt 1. If you CD to an IFS directory, you can't change back to the library system unless you CD to a library, like cd /qsys.lib/bucklib.lib. Then, you can quote site namefmt 0 and be back in the library system. While in the IFS naming system, you can refer to library objects via this convention: /qsys.lib/mylibrary.lib/myfile.fil/mymember.mbr --buck
