IBM's TN5250, or the open source TN5250?
I've been using only the open source TN5250 for something like a year now,
and I like it a lot.  I've even tweaked the source to make it act Just Like
I Want.  There is a mailing list on MIDRANGE dot COM that supports the
effort.
