RE: Nightly backup takes longer after upgrade from V4R5 to V5R1

The backup schedule uses the commands, if defaults were changed at V4R5,
well the behavior was also changed.

Since we are using the go backup (schedule), we are not working directly
with the save commands.  Therefore, the command defaults should not have
