Reclaiming used library space -- MIDRANGE-L

We have a library with size 13,565,952 via the DSPLIB command. This library had 
over 20,000 objects in it. I deleted all but 50 but when I do the DSPLIB 
command, the size is still the same. How can I reclaim the space of these 
deleted objects so that it can be reused?
