 The system runs fine, no basic tuning bottle necks.

 I was thinking more like:
   CHGTCPA TCPRCVBUF(64384) TCPSNDBUF(64384) from the defaults of 8192
   I have no *ANYNET configured to optimize TCP.

 In my WRKHTTPCFG file for the each instance:

   CacheLocalFile /html/*.*

 Maybe changes to the Ethernet LIND defaults?  It's running 100Mb.
 Should the parm GENTSTFRM be *YES or would *NO be better?

You may notice that I'm not using Apache but the original IBM HTTP server.
I'm stuck at v4r5 and didn't see any advantage to convert to Apache at this
version.
