Thanks, I'm good with those issues. All the system runs is web sites.
The system runs fine, no basic tuning bottle necks.

 I was thinking more like:
CHGTCPA TCPRCVBUF(64384) TCPSNDBUF(64384) from the defaults of 8192
I have no *ANYNET configured to optimize TCP.

In my WRKHTTPCFG file for the each instance:
   DNS-Lookup OFF
   CacheLocalMaxBytes 4 M
   CacheLocalMaxFiles 400
   LiveLocalCache On
   CacheLocalFile /html/*.*
   CacheLocalFile /html/ndmac/*.*
   CacheLocalFile /html/pics/*.*
   UseACLs never
   UseMetaFiles Off
   DynamicCache On
   MinActiveThreads 10
   MaxActiveThreads 40

Maybe changes to the Ethernet LIND defaults? It's running 100Mb.
Should the parm GENTSTFRM be *YES or would *NO be better?
I have already set TCPONLY to *YES

You may notice that I'm not using Apache but the original IBM HTTP server.
I'm stuck at v4r5 and didn't see any advantage to convert to Apache at this
version.
