Seacrest Business Systems has a 
replacement for OV/400 called DeskMaster.  
It converts your existing documents
retaining mail merge and formatting.

We looked at it and it would have worked,
but we had so few documents we just
ended up going with our own code.

They offer a 30-day trial.
