<<Please don't taking this as picking nits. But that is operations console, not Navigator. Just clarifying this for search purposes. Granted, some people are doing this using a twinax 5250 program (NOT CLIENT ACCESS!) and PC Anywhere. But we are still talking one person at a time.>> MY fault Rob, I mis called it . Yes I know its operations console, at least thats what I was thinking, he was calling it. We use it now on another system. Here is what I am working with, this is what the customer ask: "Please further investigate to resolve the issue that will enable our support team to log on to our system when at restricted state. " Like I said, thats only way I know how to do it is thru a local console or operations console. Even if you use operations console, I think only 1 person can access remotely. I know when someone is using the one we have and someone else tries to use it, it knocks the one currently using it off line. Steven Segars
