Rob,
Doesn't Notes/Domino have a task that will help you with usage-based
billing? I'll be darned if I can remember what it's called (probably
something simple like BILLING).
Don't know about the other two.

I am kind of curious to the philosophy of charge back. Granted, in our
situation you would think we would be ideal for a charge back. Multiple
independent divisions, (with separate shareholders) all running on one
iSeries. However, if you penalize one person for using an interactive
screen for looking something up versus a printout that is three days old -
is that conducive to the long term goals?
And how do these charge back methods handle non traditional programs? I
mean server programs that always run under a particular user profile? For
example:
- QNOTES for Lotus Notes / Domino
- and the various ones used for odbc and it's kin
- smtp
