Mmmm... smells like you're right. Do you have the Win95 compatability module running on your Win2K box? If you do, go to the shortcut for the reader, right click, select Properties, and see if there's a Win95/Win98 compatability mode. If you don't see this option, it's not likely installed on your machine. You can download it from MickeySoft, but I can't remember the URL.
