It just so happens that I was researching this today for a customer. The
IBM product you that does this is Infoprint Server for iSeries and is a
chargeable product.

One interesting thing I saw that I have not had a chance to research
further was a note regarding using Operations Navigator to transform spool
files into PDF's:
