Looking for sign-on security screen.

Hi,

I'm looking for an example of the text of a modified sign-on screen that
says to the effect that

"This is for only use of authorized employees for business work, yada,
yada, yada"

I'm specifically not looking for company logos, etc.

If you have a good example, please forward it.
