Here's a link on changing the startup program at V3R2. <http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/c5100f8165ec3eb386256c230059fbac/298f0620e5dd72e9862567bf00513ad5>. found it with the new, improved search engine, using "qstrup AND v3r2" as the search string.
