When using SQL for database access, how does one support "Previous Page" and
"Next Page" user interface controls while browsing a lengthy list of
records?  Building some type of record level access logic over the top of
SQL?  If so, how are multiple users supported over the Internet?  Having a
separate result-set object for each user?
