How much memory do you have? You need >= 128MB.  I got bit by this a couple
of weeks ago. The rack config stated that I had 128, but when the upgrade
routine told me I only had 96. I checked the system status. Sure enough, it
reported 96. I rebooted and told the customer to call IBM about the
discrepancy. I haven't followed up on that, however. I'll keep you posted.
