RE: Netfinity Server - Startup after IPL

The times I have had these problems, I needed to add a DLYJOB before the
command or my compiled version of QSTRUP never ran because of sysval
QSTRUPPGM or my mistake.

If I recall correctly, you can set that configuration object to the ON/OFF
state you wish it to be in upon IPL.
Look for "Online at IPL" in the configuration source or the object
description.
