RE: Backing up to CD

They are fairly small systems. 

I was wondering if anyone actually tried it and what their experience was.

        At 650Meg per CD you either have a VERY small iSeries, or a
limitless supply
        of CDs. A single 20G tape holds about 30 CDs.

        I have been asked to look into what it would take to do our backups
from the
        AS/400 onto CD rather than tape. Does anyone have any experience
