-- -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Scroll bars are especially nice. No longer any need to deal withTop and all that subfile setting and look-ups. Its great and allows partial screen moves and its blazing fast. Up to 2500 records work just great (even on multi-column subfiles) There's a screen shot on my website under code samples if anyone wants to see it's appearance. --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@MartinVT.com --------------------------------------------------------- -------Original Message------- From: midrange-l@midrange.com Date: Thursday, December 19, 2002 14:39:17 To: midrange-l@midrange.com Subject: Graphical DDS - it's already here! -- -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Much has been said about a desire for a graphical interface using the 5250 data stream. Guess what, it's already here. This image (will it get through?) 57ce4c5.jpg is from the Client Access emulation. Those are pushbuttons in the lower left, with accelerator keys (just the key, no Alt, when you have focus on the button). You can click on the button with a mouse. Also available are dropdown menus, scrollbars, checkboxes, and radio buttons This is the code for the above: A R RECORD A 2 40'MENU' A F1 2Y 0B 24 2PSHBTNFLD A PSHBTNCHC(1 'C>md1' CF01) A PSHBTNCHC(2 'E>nter') Check it out! It will also display on normal dumb terminals, character-based Regards and Merry Christmas!
