Any application that has to do with ledgers and accounts and inventory and all that sort of good stuff, runs best on an AS/400. RPG is the best language for writing that type of busniess logic, although there are COBOL people who might disagree. No other platform matches the AS/400 in this type of environment for ease of development, scalability, and total cost of ownership. Nothing. If you disagree, please show me some numbers. Joe
