Well, if you look at what IBM is doing, why would they continue supporting
OS/2?  I would assume in the long run it is cheaper for them to support
their Linux route and merge any type of unique technology to that.

Atleast Linux on their hardware is making inroads.  OS/2 I doubt has
garnered any new sales.
