Hi Dave, One of the things I have done in the past, that was sometimes successful, is as follows: 1. Execute WRKACTJOB 2. Scroll through list to find the entry for the job fragment still locking the printer object in question. 3. Chosse to end this job through the WRKACTJOB screen. I also was able to resolve the problem one time by executing a Work With Object Locks command for the printer object in question and then ending the active lock through that screen. If you find the name of the program, it would be great to know for future reference.
