It has worked for me to create a page segment, from my Win XP.
I previously had upgraded from W98 to XP, and the upgrade blew
away all the afp stuff. I totally reloaded CA, then got the most recent
download (3 weeks ago). The level check  Vern mentioned has always
been required.

What APAR and what does it say? What error message are you getting?
