We've had a spate of problems recently when these cards have been swapped out. There's a certain type or batch of jet direct card that just doesn't seem to recognize AS400 signals. I've spent a few hours with IBM support line help on this issue. We've dbl checked the cards configuration, and that is not it. So far, the only fix we have is to swap out the cards until we get a good one. We've had the same problem in our offices with a particular Sharp. It happened with output from the AS/400 and Windows.
